Rivet is software run by Rivet Builders LLC for its own acquisitions and for the brokers and acquisition teams it works with under written agreements. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, a guarantee of deal flow or investment results, or a promise of income or compensation. Broker fees, where they apply, are paid at agreed milestones under a written agreement only. Property records are shown as retrieved from their sources and may contain errors. The numbers Rivet produces are estimates, not appraisals or offers.
